The staff at Riad Kaiss By Anika was great. The check-in process was easy, and they even provided us with a packed lunch for our day out. The dinner and breakfast were excellent, and we loved the hamam experience. I highly recommend this hotel for its really good service and amenities.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the middle of everything but still very quiet. Guests can easily explore the Medina and all its attractions. The staff is extremely helpful, providing recommendations on where to eat and what sights to see. The Riad also has a beautiful courtyard with a bubbling fountain under the trees, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and spotless, with comfortable beds and beautiful design. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast and take advantage of the various facilities offered.

There might be some grumpy tourists who will find something to complain about.

The hotel's central location down the narrow shop-lined alley made it easy to explore the city and reach the main square Djemma el Fna. The staff were friendly and professional, providing excellent service. The hotel facilities, including the heated swimming pool and massage services, were great. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of courses to choose from.

While our overall experience was fantastic, we encountered a minor issue with the bar/lounge area. The service was a bit slow, and the choices on the drink menu were limited. However, this was a minor inconvenience and did not significantly affect our overall enjoyment of the hotel.
